
Su Junwu (right), an expert in congenital heart diseases, conducts a screening for a Tibetan child in Ngari prefecture of the Xizang autonomous region on Thursday. The Red Cross Society of China launched its "Journey of Angels" screening and aid program for children with congenital heart disease on Wednesday in Xizang. During the 10-day event, four volunteer professional medical teams, consisting of staff members from the Red Cross and four hospitals, will carry out screenings in five prefecture-level regions across Xizang.
