Students from Muscatine High School in Iowa, the United States, interact with Chinese youths at Shijiazhuang Foreign Language School in Hebei province on Wednesday. As part of China's 2023 initiative to invite 50,000 young people from the US for exchange and study programs over a five-year period, the visiting students experienced Chinese martial arts, learned calligraphy, and discussed cutting-edge topics, such as artificial intelligence applications, with their Chinese peers during the tour. Around 100 teenagers are part of the US group currently visiting China.
