The China Coast Guard attends to one of the Philippine crew members (center) saved from a foreign cargo ship, which capsized 55 nautical miles (101.86 kilometers) northwest of China's Huangyan Island in the South China Sea in the early hours of Friday. There were 21 Philippine crew members on board. As of Friday noon, 17 people had been recovered, among whom one is in emergency care and two died.
