Members of a camel caravan receive a warm welcome at the crossing between Xin'an county of Luoyang city and Mianchi county of Sanmenxia city, Henan province, on Sunday. Comprising 33 camels and over 20 members, the caravan arrived in Luoyang after a 136-day, nearly 3,000-kilometer journey from Hami prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The journey retraced the ancient Silk Road along its northern route.
