Laser facility clears hazards for grid safety

Chinese power workers are making technical innovations to elevate grid safety. In Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, local power employees used a "laser cannon "to clear tree hazards. While patrolling along the 220 kilovolt Qingni transmission line recently, staff members from State Grid Xuzhou removed tree branches that posed a danger to the grid or other workers.
