Technicians monitor a dynamic loading platform being installed at a marine wind power research and testing base in Fuqing, Fujian province. The platform can meet fatigue-testing requirements of wind power blades under 150 meters. As a major project of the 14th Five-year Plan (2021-25), the base launched construction on Dec 1, 2023, consisting of two parts — an onshore testing center and a test wind farm.
