Deputies from the Xizang autonomous region arrive in Beijing on Monday ahead of the third session of the 14th National People's Congress, China's top legislature. The opening of the annual session is scheduled for Wednesday. National lawmakers and political advisers have registered to attend the annual two sessions as preparations were completed on Monday.
