The dome of Linglong One, the world's first commercial small modular nuclear reactor, is installed at a nuclear power plant in Changjiang, Hainan province, marking the completion of the main structure of the building. The project is expected to generate some 1 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity every year when complete.
