Children take over the controls of a passenger jet cockpit simulator at a China Southern Airlines training base in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, on Sunday. An open-day at the base gave children a taste of aviation industry training for pilots and cabin crew, including emergency evacuation procedures.
