An employee of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees issues identity tags to young members of communities displaced by conflict in southern Ethiopia at a registration center set up by humanitarian agencies at a school on the Kenyan side of Moyale, a border town, on Tuesday. Violence broke out in October following the killing of a 13-year-old girl in the town.
