Better care lifts rail staffers' well-being
Amid the country's urge to improve people's livelihoods, Chinese rail operators are working to better the well-being of rail staffers. To answer the call, Houma North Locomotive Depot joined local enterprises and public institutions to organize networking events in Linfen, Shanxi province. It established a studio in June 2023 to help expand young single employees' social circles. With surveyed information files, it helped young employees engage in get-togethers, building friendships through games and other interactions. So far, the studio has helped over 200 employees find life partners.
