Staffers from State Grid Yangzhou erect a 51-meter-high steel tower supporting the 280,000-kilowatt Hengya fishery-photovoltaic complementary project in Gaoyou, Jiangsu province, to help expedite new energy transmission. The project features "power generation above, aquaculture below", with solar panels installed above the water generating clean energy, and the waters below utilized for aquaculture.
