Service attendant Xie Shiheng from Fuzhou Railway Station in Fujian province guides passengers aboard trains during the Spring Festival travel rush. To provide quality service, she walks nearly 30,000 steps a day, moving among the entrance, service centers and ticket check-in areas. Xie and her colleagues also help find lost items and assist priority passengers.
