Staff members from State Grid Hotan conduct X-ray inspections on hybrid gas insulated switchgear equipment for a 220 kilovolt transmission line in Hotan prefecture in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. Hotan currently has nine geographic information system substations, allowing new technology to perform precise equipment "health checks", and displaying the allure of digital and intelligent empowerment.
