Locals wade through floodwaters in Feni, Bangladesh, on Thursday. Flood control dams of three rivers have collapsed in at least 15 points due to days of continuous rain and the onrush of upstream water from the Indian hills, causing flooding in 30 villages of the district. Hundreds of rain-related deaths have already occurred this year in the South Asian region.
