Residents clear mud and garbage along a street on Wednesday after a flood in Rongjiang county, Guizhou province. Due to continuous heavy rainfall, low-lying areas of the county were flooded on Tuesday. The floodwaters are gradually receding, and electricity, water supply and communication in affected areas are being restored.
