A group of 160 mountaineering enthusiasts from across China successfully summited the 6,010-meter-high Luodui Peak in Damxung county in Lhasa, Xizang autonomous region, on Saturday after two days of rigorous training. It was part of a local mountaineering conference that aims to boost plateau-specific sports.
