Envoys of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and their families try making dumplings and tangyuan, a type of glutinous rice dumpling, at a reception celebrating Lantern Festival in Beijing on Wednesday. They also watched presentations of traditional Chinese arts, including a lantern show, lion dance, Peking Opera and calligraphy.
