Villagers carrying vegetables prepare to board the 5640 train at the Liugeji Railway Station in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture, Guizhou province, on Saturday. Operating between Guiyang city and Yuping county, train 5640 is a slow train and has provided affordable, convenient transportation for over 100 ethnic minority villages near more than 10 small train stations along the route. In recent years, many villagers have boarded the train to sell vegetables, turning it into a bustling mobile market. Villagers affectionately call it the "village train".
