Buses are parked at a depot, as bus drivers go on strike in Seoul, South Korea, on Thursday. Bus drivers ended an hourslong strike on Thursday after a deal was reached between the Seoul Bus Labor Union and its employers over a wage hike, easing commute for the city of more than 9 million people. The union and its employers agreed to a 4.48 percent wage increase after negotiations, Seoul's city government said, with public transport operations returning to normal soon after.
