CRCC has constructed 54 percent of the conventional railways nationwide, 52 percent of the high-speed railways, 39 percent of urban rail transit, and 30 percent of high-grade highways, contributing to China's economic development and the wellbeing of its people.
CRCC has built more than 14,000 km of railways overseas, accounting for over 80 percent of the total railway construction mileage by Chinese companies overseas. It has also constructed about 7,000 km of highways.
The company is promoting the construction of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, forming a transportation logistics network integrating railways, shipping and aviation, covering 46 countries and regions involved in the BRI.

The first phase of the Doraleh Multi-Purpose Port constructed by CCECC covers a total land area of approximately 2 million square meters, with an annual throughput of 7.08 million tons and 200,000 standard containers. It started construction on Aug 7, 2014, and was completed in May 2017.
The Doraleh Multipurpose Port has a water depth of 15.3 meters and can accommodate 100,000-ton class vessels. Equipped with large-scale port equipment, including 12 quay cranes and two shore cranes, the highly automated and modernized handling methods have improved the efficiency of ship operations nearly fourfold, resulting in increased revenue for the port company.
The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur project, undertaken by CRCC is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia. It is a high-end urban complex integrating commercial, residential and hotel functions.
The total height of the building is 342.5 meters with 77 floors, and it has won the Luban Award.
CRCC employs local employees and implements localization management in accordance with laws, regulations and cultural customs. Foreign employees account for more than 85 percent in CRCC's overseas projects.
The Mozambique Xaixai agricultural project is the largest rice planting project in Africa facilitated by China. Over five years, the area of rice cultivation has expanded from 867 hectares to 2,464 hectares, and the average yield per mu has increased from less than 100 kilograms to more than 550 kg.
The annual rice harvest is nearly 16,000 tons, providing a significant supply of rice locally.
