Duarte Cordeiro, Portugal's minister of environment and climate action, tries the driver's seat of a subway train on Saturday in Porto. The train, the first of 18 to be delivered to Porto Metro, was made by CRRC Tangshan, one of China's largest train manufacturers. All the trains will be delivered by September.
